1. Top down BCBA organizational oversite! Every clinical BCBA has a BCBA for a supervisor.
2. Realistic caseloads and manageable billable hours (caseloads are 6-10 across the organization)
3. Our BCBAs have received annual raises every year since 2010.
4. Additional benefits not incorporated in the base salary include $3,000 to use toward conferences of your choosing, a sign-on bonus, annual longevity pay, generous time off, low cost health insurance, and a 401 that matches 6% dollar for dollar.
5. Texana is an approved ACE provider and regularly offers free CE opportunities.
